Millennium Jeans introduced a new brand of athletic private
label clothing designs with their own logo, created for the
International market in the new millennium.

people via sub-contracts worldwide. In addition,
approximately 10,000 workers are employed in
Millennium Jeans International contracted factories around
the globe throughout Asia.

November 2002, Millennium Jeans International changed its ownership, and Moe
Somani sold the global retail clothing chain of Millennium Jeans International

stores and 32 specialty retail stores in 32 countries,
dedicated exclusively to international fashion.
They are now operated by a competitive brand name worldwide which cannot be
disclosed as
a result of non-disclosure agreements.
Manufacturing:
As of December 31, 2002, Millennium Jeans
International had contracted out 13 factories in North Asia and 23 in South
Asia, providing more than 65,000 jobs to local communities. This total excludes
the amount of jobs provided by manufacturers of affiliates and subsidiaries.
